Returns
Due to the personalized nature of some of our creation, we have specific return policies to ensure clarity and transparency.
Art Prints: Please note that all art prints are made to order. Due to the custom nature of these peices, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each print is created based on your specific requirements.
Puzzles: We do not accept returns for puzzles.
Refunds or Replacements
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right. You can choose between a refund or a replacement.
Refunds: Refunds are accepted only in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once a refund is issued, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Replacements: Replacements are accepted only in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will handle the replacement at our expense.
We offer free replacements for lost or damaged puzzle pieces, up to 5 pieces. Shipping charges apply.

We keep you informed throughout the entire shipping process, from pickup to delivery, ensuring you are updated until your order is successfully completed.

Art Prints:
All art prints are custom made, so print times will vary depending on the type of print ordered. Each order will be provided with a tracking number to trace the shipment’s progress. Here is a rough guide to printing and shipping times:
- Printing/Lead Time: 2–5 business days, depending on the print type.
- Shipping Time:
- UK, Europe, US, Canada, Australia: 2–7 business days, depending on print size.
- Other Countries: 5–15 business days.

Puzzles:
All orders are dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours from being placed. Shipping time will vary depending on the destination country. Each order will be provided with a tracking number to trace the shipment’s progress. Here is a rough guide to shipping times:
- Lebanon: 4–7 business days
- Europe: 8–12 business days
- GCC, USA, Canada, Australia: 10–20 business days
- Africa and Asia: 10–30 business days

We monitor all orders after shipping to ensure they reach their destination. In some rare cases, we may contact you to confirm the arrival of your package. If your package does not reach you, we will do our best to resolve the issue and send you a replacement.
